Flipflop bans

Damn, still in Bangkok. After a smooth return from the isle of empty headed pleasure, we decided to stay in BKK for one night, do some laundry and leave for Sukothai. However, the rain decided to force another BKK day upon us, for our laundrylady didn't want to return the soaking wet clothes untill hey were properly dried (ethos is not the problem here). So, another day to fill in a city we probably know better by now than our own Utrecht. It's just as wet, too..

Hedonism and some boxing, too

Well, back in the belly of the beast again. Koh Phangan is an island with a million or two israeli party people and two dutchies: mascha and me. Having fun, and a bit of a hangover. My headache might also be caused by the tender punches of my evil Thai box trainer, who lovingly corrects me when i forget to keep my defense up. I spend two hours in the Jungle Gym every day, as unbelievable as it might seem. There are some conflicts with our party behaviour though (strange, ehm?).

Bangkok thunderstorms

Hi all! The loudest thunderstrike i've ever heard came by tonight. My eardrums held up pretty well (which is not as logical as it might sound, after the ear disaster at Lowlands Festival), but it scared the hell out of us: i thought the world would come to an end.
